Everything was so beautiful and was beyond my expectations........I had the thought in my mind of what you describe but the finish product was so much better than my thoughts!!! Yes any time I have an event and need a cake I'll call you for you are my new baker!!!!! The cakes were so moist and appetizing to my taste buds and my guest taste buds also. I think the almond cake is my favorite :) once again THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU......words can't express how grateful I'm for your hard work and delivering a wonderful piece of art.

We had our wedding two nights ago, and Gabby made us an AMAZING cake! Not only was it breathtakingly beautiful, but it was to-die-for delicious! People are still craving about it! Gabby also made us a cake stand to match our gold theme. Beautiful!

I met Gaby this past summer and just by seen her quality of work and her delicate touch in decoration I booked her for my daughters 1st Birthday Princess Cake. To my complete surprise the cakes did not only looked amazing but tasted delicious!, the different filling flavors were delicious and at a point confusing as I wanted them all. I endes up getting a fake 3-tier Princess cake with a full sheet vanilla cake with fresh strawberries and lemon mousse filling, and a full sheet chocolate cake with mocha and pecans bathed in her 3- leches recipe.
Since June of this year, she has made several cakes for may family and friends, and as always surprising with ggher new flavors.
Her rum cake was amazing for those who love the liquor flavor cakes. I recently asked her about the traditional tiramisu cake, which she made and I can honestly say it has been the best one I've tasted in a long time; and not forget the great cupcakes she made, the vanilla cupcakes with strawberry filling are my favorite!!!.

Gaby made this amazing cake for my daughter's 18th Birthday party yesterday. My daughter Jaclynn Mullins was in love with the cake as soon as she saw it. Everyone at the table was taking pictures of it and sending it to their friends as soon as I set it on the table. Even the guys! lol I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the cake and how pleasant and professional Gaby were. I have a graduation and another birthday coming up and I will be having Gaby make my cakes! Thank you Gaby !
